Samsung locks down various apps by the TV model number, therefore on some Samsung Smart TVs you may be able to download some apps, however they would not stream/ work. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you as this is a limitation created by Samsung
1. On your Samsung Smart TV remote press Menu and scroll down to Network.
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Your TV will show that it is connected to Internet, press Start.
4. Select your Internet connection, make sure to enter your wireless password to connect.
5. Your device will show that it is connected to Internet, then select IP Settings.
6. Scroll down to DNS Settings and enter Smart DNS IPs as provided by Hide My IP then press OK.
7. Now it will test the connection, press Next to save the settings and exit the menu.
8. Restart your TV.
